Multiple Response
About this item type:
- User is provided data about a client situation and 5 to 6 options are given
- Must select all response options that are applicable
- All response options must be correctly selected to earn 1 point
- No partial credit given
Fill-in-the-Blank Calculation
About this item type:
- User is presented with a question and asked to calculate and type in the answer
- On-screen calculator is available if needed
- Must only type answer as a number, including decimal point if indicated
- User receives 1 point for inputting correct answer
Exhibits

- User is presented with a problem and an exhibit (3 tabs) with additional client information
- All 3 tabs must be reviewed prior to submitting answer
