Known as the resident “game expert” and a specialist in writing NCLEX-style questions, she takes heavy clinical concepts and transforms them into engaging, high-impact learning experiences. By using interactive and competitive approaches, Asma helps students reach mastery in a way that is both effective and fun. When she isn’t busy reimagining the nursing curriculum, Asma finds her balance by baking delicious treats or exploring nature to recharge.

Alessandra is a nursing education specialist known for helping students turn uncertainty into confidence. She brings a unique lens to teaching that focuses on how to think through complex clinical situations. Specializing in maternity care, Alessandra prepares learners for fast-paced, high-pressure environments by helping them stay calm, think critically, and trust their clinical judgment. Her approach blends evidence, intuition, and real-world application so students don’t just memorize content, they carry it into practice. Outside of nursing, she is a dedicated yogi working toward becoming a yoga teacher, integrating mindfulness and balance into both her teaching and everyday life.

Alanna leverages an expansive clinical background to help students master the critical thinking and pathophysiology required to succeed on their licensure exams. Having worked as a float nurse across nearly every adult inpatient unit, she is uniquely positioned to help students recognize the "big picture" patterns that board-style questions demand. Along with this broad clinical lens, she brings specialized expertise in coronary care and advanced ECG interpretation to her role as a Nursing Education Specialist. Alanna’s goal is to deconstruct complex disease processes into manageable, testable concepts that build student confidence. When she isn’t helping the next generation of nurses earn their credentials, she finds her balance through music at the piano or playing the French horn.
